When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction. Throughout North Carolina fans can purchase live event tickets from their local Walmart store. Using point of sale touch screens located in the electronics departments of forty-two participating Walmart stores. Fans throughout the area can browse available tickets for family shows, concerts, and sporting events. Once the desired event is selected by the fan, a Walmart employee helps complete the transaction and immediately prints the tickets.
Will Call Pick Up:
- Purchaser Pick Up - Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event start time. You must have your order number, the credit card used to make the purchase and valid photo identification to pick up tickets at Will Call.
- Alternate Pick Up - If a person (other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets) is picking up a Will Call order, the alternate's name must be on the account. To add the name of an alternate to the account, the original purchaser must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at (800) 653-8000, verify their account information and request the alternate name be added to the account.
"In Store Pickup" Option:
Customers who purchase tickets for the U.S. Cellular events via Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticketmaster.com have the option to select "in store pick-up" as their desired delivery method. Customers who select the in store pick-up option can visit any area Ticketmaster outlet to have their tickets printed for them anytime after placing their order through the day and time of the event. Customers must present their order number, government issued photo ID and the credit card used to place the order to claim the tickets.

Minimum age for paid admission varies by event, as determined by the event promoter. There is no minimum age for admission to an event, but parents should consider the appropriateness of the event to their child's age and be prepared to be responsible for their child's behavior.
