FAQs

Any and every patron with a disability has the right to be accompanied by a service animal trained to assist with his or her specific disability.  Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, and will accompany the person into his or her seating area rather than resting in the aisle.  If the service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests, the patron and service animal may be escorted off the property.  No other animals are allowed.

Guests may not sell any type of souvenirs, programs, food, and/or beverages in or on U.S. Cellular Center property.  Guests also may not vend, solicit, or collect contributions for any purpose whatsoever or distribute handbills on the premises.  This includes the covered patio area in front of the venue doors.

Unless the event is General Admission, everyone must sit or stand in the location that matches the section, row, and seat number on their ticket.  Only one person is allowed to occupy a chair at a time, except for children under the age of two who may sit on the lap of an adult.  Standing/sitting in the aisles, against the balcony rails, or in other restricted areas while an event is in progress is strictly prohibited.
