Meeting Rooms & Non-Traditional Spaces


There are nine main Meeting Rooms located on the Arena side of the facility, ranging from 336 sq. ft to 2,408 sq. ft.

$1000.00 base rental fee per day or as negotiated based on needs. Additional time after midnight $25.00 per hour.

Additional facility operating and staffing expenses may apply.


The Exhibition Hall is a total of 25,148 sq. ft and can accommodate up to 2,000 guests.

Ticketed Events*:

$1000.00 base rental fee vs. 10% of Net Gross Ticket Receipts. Net Gross is actual gross less 7% North Carolina Sales Tax and a 2% City Surcharge. Tickets must be sold by the U.S. Cellular Center Box Office.

All Other Events*:

$1000.00 base rental fee per day where no admission is charged. Additional time after midnight $25.00 per hour.

Non-Permitted Outside Food & Beverage:

$500.00 fee. To be charged if and only if renting client allows unapproved outside food and/or beverages to enter the facility.

There are multiple Non-Traditional Spaces available for rent located throughout the facility, including the newly renovated Jan Davis Lobby, the ExploreAsheville.com Arena concourse level, and the USCC raised outdoor patio. Booking of these spaces is subject to event bookings in the adjacent venues, specifically Thomas Wolfe Auditorium and the ExploreAsheville.com Arena. Please inquire for rates.
