Phone sales are currently not available. Tickets for events held at the U.S. Cellular Center can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com. Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of the U.S. Cellular Center, and the only approved ticketing service for this facility and its events.
WILL CALL PICK-UP
Tickets may be picked up at the USCC Box Office Will Call window two hours prior to the event start time. You must have your order number, the credit card used to make the purchase, and a valid photo ID.
If someone other than the person who ordered and paid for the tickets is picking up the Will Call order, that person’s name must be on the account. To add an alternate’s name to the account, the original purchaser must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-653-8000.
The U.S. Cellular Center offers limited Wheelchair Accessible and Companion, and Semi-Ambulatory seating. Accessible seating can be purchased from designated locations online at www.ticketmaster.com. Please contact the USCC Box Office at 828-259-5736 with questions. Please view accessible seating locations on the USCC seating charts. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no elevator access for the balcony level of the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Patrons needing Wheelchair or Semi-Ambulatory seating, or those who are unable to take stairs, should purchase tickets for the lower level of the Auditorium.
The minimum age for paid admission varies by event and is determined by the event promoter. For some events, there may be reduced or free admission for children under a certain age. Please contact the USCC Box Office at 828-259-5736 for more information about a specific event.
There is no minimum age for admission to USCC events, however parents should consider the appropriateness of the event for younger children and be prepared to take responsibility for their child’s behavior.
ASHEVILLE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
All Masterworks performances of the Asheville Symphony season are held in the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Information about the Asheville Symphony can be found on the ASO website, ashevillesymphony.org. Season tickets and tickets for individual Symphony performances may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.
